A Gift for the teacher was created in 1880s town in South Dakota just west of Merdo. This award-winning image was part of our trip around the country in 2012. We spent the entire day photographing all the cool things the town had. The town has the movie props from Dances with Wolves. It was a wonderful day and I created many memorable images.
